Scale the red brick steps of our beautiful Julia Morgan house and you’ll find yourself in another world called Castro. Welcome! We Castrati are active, social, intelligent, cultured, and of course…good lookin’. And we are ‘bout it ‘bout it when it comes to fun.

We will forever host the BEST co-op party ever! … The Infamous Disco Party. We will always road trip the hardest; from Tahoe to Joshua Tree – snowboarding to rock climbing – we do it all. You want bland livin’, try the rest. Castro is the Indian cuisine of the co-ops. Are we too proud of our house? Could be – we got it all. A view of the Bay to kill for. Overstuffed sofas so soft that you can melt into them. A game room stocked with Double Dragon, foosball, and a pool table. All the Oreos and Nutella you can eat. And of course…a hot tub for those cold winter nights. Yes…Castro has more luxury features than a Coupe DeVille. If it ain’t high livin’, we ain’t havin’ it.

In fact, Castro has the reputation of being the retirement home of the co-ops. You pay your dues, do your workshifts, and Castro will reward your efforts. Fo’ shiggidy.

But don’t get the wrong idea. Castro isn’t all rowdiness. The spacious study room facilitates hardcore studying when the need arises. Castrati didn’t move up in the USCA by being a bunch of slack-jawed yokels. We have the highest average GPA in the co-ops (unverified). So follow the red brick steps up to our front door, and make Castro your home.
