Rochdale Village is the largest apartment complex owned by the USCA. There are lots of reasons why Rochdale is a great place to live: all bedrooms are singles (which gives residents much more privacy than in the houses). Rochdale inhabitants do 8 hours of workshifts per semester and do not pay utilities (other than phone). Davis Park, which Rochdale shares with Fenwick, is a great place for volleyball, basketball, or just relaxing in the grass.
