President of the Board of Directors The President’s chief responsibility is to serve as the student leader and official representative of the USCA. The President is responsible for ensuring that the decision-making processes of the Board and its Committees function smoothly and for promoting the general welfare of the corporation. The President ensures the flow of information to the Board, the Central Office Staff, House Level Management, and Membership, and, as chair of the Cabinet, the President facilitates the communication among the other Executives. The President serves as an information resource for the Board, Staff, House-Level Management, and Membership. THe President acts as the supervisor of the VPFA, VPEA, and VPIA. |

Vice President of Internal Affairs Johnny George - Rochdale Village The Vice President of Internal Affairs oversees the creation, implementation, and enforcement of policies and operating procedures both for the houses/apartments and the Central Level. The VPIA chairs two committees; POpCom (Policy + Operations Committee), which is a committee of the Board charged with reviewing, updating, and creating policies, and AdCom (Administrative Committee), an independent committee for approving special membership cases such as grace semesters, payment arrangements, and exceptions to policies (18c's). In general, the VPIA works closely with staff and the houses to make sure that the organization's written policy and day-to-day operations reflect each other and that both are fair and equitable for every co-oper. With cabinet, two regular committees, and many other irregular committees (such as the Presidential Review Committee and the Personnel Appeals Committee), the VPIA also holds the record for the greatest number of committees. |

Vice President of Financial Affairs Dave Guarino - Andres Castro Arms The Vice President of Financial Affairs is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the USCA. The chief responsibility of the Vice President of Financial Affairs is to monitor the status of and provide student input to the finances of the USCA. The Vice President of Financial Affairs also chairs meetings of the Finance Committee. The Vice President of Financial Affairs assists all of the other Executives in the performance of their duties and fills in for them as necessary. |

Vice President of Member Services and Member Education Willa Dong - Kidd Hall The VPMsMe is the head of member education. The chief responsibilities of the VPMsMe are to organize and implement member education programs. The VPMsMe also chairs the Member Services and Member Education Committee (M&MCom). The VPMsMe assists all other Executives in the performance of their duties and fills in for them as necessary. |

Vice President of Safety & Maintenance Andrew Braver - Rochdale The Vice President of Safety & Maintenance reports on USCA Safety issues and the needs of the physical properties to the Board of Directors. The VPSM is responsible, along with the Safety Director, for supervising USCA long-term safety, and working and evaluating and reporting on House Level safety. The VPSM supervises USCA long-term property assets preservation and preventative projects, and working with and evaluating and reporting on needs of House Level maintenance programs. The VPSM works with the Emergency Services Coordinator on issues concerning USCA Emergency Services and preparedness. The Vice President of Safety & Maintenance oversees the enforcement of the Habitability Code, Rehabilitation Policy, and Party Policy and brings problems with these codes and policies to the attention of the Safety Committee and Board of Directors as necessary. |

Social Manager's Underfunded Collective Chair Rahel Berhane - Casa Zimbabwe The SMUC Chair works with the social manager representatives of each house to strengthen the community of each house and the organization as a whole. The SMUC Chair facilitates the Social Manager Collective, a committee that provides support and communication among the social managers of each house as well as hosts several USCA wide events, which include intramural sporting events such as broomball, cultural events, community service/neighborhood events, USCA wide dance/live band parties, and house dates. The SMUC Chair supervises the social managers to ensure that they are following the USCA Party Policy and ensuring house social events that are safe and responsible. The SMUC Chair also sits on the Safety Committee to communicate and coordinate safety needs within the USCA.
