Understanding the Summer 2008 Transfer Request:

1. We will only try to transfer you by this request through May 22, 2008.  After that, you can still request a transfer, but you will need to complete a new transfer request as the conditions of a transfer change after the contract begins.
2. You can cancel your request for a transfer without penalty anytime before receiving a transfer.
3. Transfers cost $25 if you receive one.
4. If you are transferred, your current contract will be automatically amended to reflect the new assignment and it will be too late to change your mind.
5. Every effort will be made to notify you of your transfer by email and/or regular mail if time allows.  It is your responsibility to contact the central office by 5pm, Friday, May 18 if you do not receive notification prior to that.
