Please take the end of semester member feedback survey if you're a continuing member. Please tell us what you think so we can do a better job training people and following through on our cooperative mission.

Departing Member Feedback

Please take the departing member survey if you're leaving the co-ops. Tell us what was good, what was great, and what wasn't so great. Help us out so we can fix problems and keep your fellow co-opers happy. And join the Alumni Association for fun events and good networking in the future and good luck out there!

Central Level Staff Feedback

We take evaluations very seriously. Please be honest and also be as constructive as possible. Try to be specific, cite specific examples, and say what someone did (rather than what you think someone is). "She does a good job" and "He does a terrible job" aren't as useful as "He always responds to my emails within two days" or "She didn't respond to 3 or 4 of my emails in the beginning of the fall."

Please fill out this survey individually for every staff member for whom you have feedback, be it good or bad!!!

Feedback is viewed ONLY by the staff member's supervisor, and good things and constructive criticism will be communicated to the staff member in question.
