Job Description
You will perform maintenance tasks at co-op houses, under the direction of Central Maintenance.  This includes, but is not limited to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, repairing windows, walls, ceilings, doors, and locks, painting, dump runs, and moving furniture. You may be working independently or with other workers. You may have to teach skills to others.

Requirements
You will be working on an “on-call” basis with no guaranteed hours.  You must already have skills necessary to perform maintenance tasks. You must provide us with a maintenance skills summary and a schedule indicating when you are available to work.  You must be responsible and dependable, and able to work without supervision.  It may also be necessary to do some moderate to heavy lifting. Preference will be given to applicants who are available in time blocks of at least 4 hours each. Preference will be give to USCA members.

Hours/Pay
This position is paid at the workshift rate of $12.20/hr. for actual hours worked.  No benefits are associated with this position.
