Vicki oversees Housing, Warehousing, Bookkeeping, and Member Resources Departments and supervises the Development Director. She deals with member eligibility, contract enforcement, member complaints, central level jobs and hiring, and the Central Level Workshift Pool. Vicki sits on AdCom, POpCom, Cabinet and Board.

Betsy and her merry band deal with housing applications, information on housing, and contract offers. Responsible for recruitment, advertising and renewals, she and her department can answer any and all housing questions and problems.

Pat Jang, Bookkeeping Supervisor

Pat is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable  and Payables Departments. This includes keeping track of member accounts, payment arrangements, collection of delinquent accounts, payroll, manager compensations, co-op bills, house reimbursements, and benefits.

John Rosenberg, Bookkeeping Assistant

John assists Pat Jang in Accounts Receivable with processing payments, organizing payment arrangements, and balancing the books. Talk to John about any payment concerns.

Margie Greene, Accountant

Margie is responsible for the USCA's day to day financial records. She also works with the General Manager to prepare the annual budget, trains house and finance managers in co-op budgeting, and acts as a resource during the semester to make sure that the individual houses stay on budget.

Wes Jones, Maintenance Coordinator

Wes oversees major projects on USCA properties, such as remodeling, large scale plumbing, and electrical repairs. The Central Maintenance staff also trains and works with house level Maintenance Managers. Wes sits on S&MCom.

Monique Guerrero, Member Resources Supervisor

Monique oversees the Member Resources Department, which coordinates Training and Education, Conflict Resolution, Member Advocacy and other services, and sponsors informational and social events. Monique sits on SMUC and ERCom.

Jennifer Heller, Communications Coordinator

Jennifer works to improve communication within the USCA and serves as a liaison between USCA members, Central Office, and the local and university communities. Her responsibilities include event planning, neighbor relations, media relations, and community outreach.

Jordan Pelot-Whitcomb , Alumni Coordinator

Jordan is the primary liaison and coordinator for the USCA Alumni Association. His responsibilities include expanding the number of Alumni involved in current USCA affairs, coordinating alumni-supported scholarship programs, publishing the Alumni Newsletter, and organizing reunions and fundraising events.

Terry Canepa, IT Manager

Responsible for design, planning, procurement, & implementation of the IT infrastructure for Central Office. Including help desk & application support. As well as performing an advisory role, supporting / troubleshooting individual level network services.

Heather Grey, Warehouse Supervisor

Heather is the Warehouse Supervisor at Central Kitchen (CK), which supplies houses with food, staples, and furniture, and is responsible for training Kitchen and/or Food Managers in sanitation, food ordering, and food preparation. CK also supervises the USCA's recycling and composting programs.
